Empowered Futures: Bridging the Gap from Literacy to Employment
At APWA Multan, we believe that true empowerment is achieved when education leads to economic independence. Our Job Placement cell works tirelessly to create direct pathways between our vocational training programs and the professional corporate sector.
Our Strategic Banking Partnerships
We are proud to collaborate with leading financial institutions to equip our students with the skills required for the modern workforce. These partnerships focus on Financial Inclusion and Literacy, ensuring our graduates are not only job-ready but also financially savvy.
Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB): A Success Story in Inclusion
Our landmark collaboration with Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) is a testament to the potential of our students. Through a specialized financial literacy and professional development program, MCB provided hands-on training tailored to the banking sector.
The Impact: This initiative culminated in an extraordinary success rate, where 18 out of 22 participating students were initially offered internships that quickly transitioned into permanent job placements at MCB branches.
Allied Bank (ABL): Fostering Professional Excellence
In a similar vein, our partnership with Allied Bank (ABL) focuses on integrating our students into the corporate environment through structured internships and skill-building workshops. These programs allow our students to gain high-level exposure to banking operations, customer service, and digital finance, providing them with the competitive edge needed to secure stable careers in the financial industry.
Why It Matters
By collaborating with national leaders like MCB and Allied Bank, APWA Multan is changing the narrative for women’s employment in the region. We are moving beyond basic skill training to ensure that our beneficiaries are placed in reputable, growth-oriented roles that provide long-term financial security for them and their families.
