Born out of a 10 year study on the origins of vermouth, this wine aims to trace the vermouth before Carpano, and finds it in the lands at the foot of Monte Rosa, in Piedmont. Its a blend of the noble Nebbiolo grape with Croatina, Uva Rara and Vespolina, from two vintages, 2009 (10%) and 2016 (90%). This is a bottle for the lovers of natural and unique wines.
